Okay, Not Him actually on GIMP! I started him In one of My Japanese classes, and Finnished him today!

Okay, Information on Veltorga:
Age: 16330 (He lies about his age, he is older then he says)
Gender: Male/Stallion
Name: Veltorga
Abilities: Flying, Magic, weather control, Expels Ozone, Corn of Rhino, Wing colour varies in the light, Supports himself on his hind legs as a human would stand. He can walk either upright or like a normal horse on all fours. Also Heals himself and others. Makes Deals for Lucifer as he is second in command in Hell. God of Underworld, Weather, Ozone.
Weapons: Magic, Corn, Teeth, Iron hoofs.
Species: Veltorga (Mixed species, Not sure if that will be the final name.)
Appearance: God like Equine, Board stallion with wings, rhino corn. Red with certain Black markings.
Personality: Very Vicious, cold-hearted nature, but he can be kind to those he cares deeply for; Like Mistress and Lucifer. He is the New Breed of Evil, so he is Top Evil of the underworld even Lucifer fails being evil these days.
History: Veltorga was Handcrafted by Lucifer and his Mistress. He was formed from the Molten lava of tenth pit of Hell. Lucifer Left out major important Items, hence, his Mistress made him. She added a Heart, mind, feelings of only anger, rage, cruelty, Love being the major one. Veltorga Become a Servant of Lucifer and His Mistress.
He is Does as he pleases, he makes deals as the Devil, for he is the New Devil.
Hell Loves Veltorga.
Heaven Hates Veltorga.
Limbo doesn't seem to care, yet seem to cheerful when he is around.
Earth is another matter completely, Most people Love Veltorga as what he LOOKS like, but NOT for what he is! Know one one Earth really knows much about Veltorga, but churches Fear Him!
