This Is Veltorga. He is My first contsantly drawn character. This is a Picture Veltorga, were I got bored of drawing and erasing lines and colour. He doesn't look good. I took the Work I was working on and put affects throughout the picture. I can't be bothered to edit it.
It took about 4 hours to make the affects and finish the colour.
The orignial work has taken a lot more time!!!
I am STILL not finished Veltorga in the actual way I want him to look.

Personality: Somewhat Kind when he wnats to be. He is a God, So He is a Vicious creature to come up against.
God of Pain and Ozone, and Controls the weather. Also, Leading God of the Underworld, He is Lucifer's Second in command.

History: To be had in the next Veltorga Picture!

Traits: Expels Ozone, Corn of Rhino, Wing colour varies in the light, Supports himself on his hind legs as a human would stand. He can walk either upright or like a normal horse on all fours. Also Heals himself and others!
